Group Classes

GROUP CLASSES CONSIST OF 2 OR MORE STUDENTS FLOWING THROUGH A SERIES OF POSES THAT WILL HELP BUILD STRENGTH, PROMOTE BALANCE, AND ENCOURAGE FLEXIBILITY ALL WHILE CONNECTING THE BREATH TO EACH MOVEMENT.
CHILDREN ARE WELCOME AS LONG AS THEY PARTICIPATE OR SIT WITH NO DISTRACTIONS
MY STYLE OF CLASS IS VINYASA YOGA AND POWER FLOW YOGA. I TELL ALL OF MY STUDENTS THAT MY CLASSES ARE A BIT CHALLENGING BUT I NEVER PUT ANYTHING IN THE CLASS THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE. YOU WILL NEED TO WORK WITH YOUR LIMITS AND ALLOW YOURSELF TO BREATHE ALL WHILE ENJOYING YOURSELF AND GETTING THE BEST YOGA SESSION(S) OF YOUR LIFE. 
MOST OF MY CLASSES DON'T REQUIRE PRE-REGISTRATION, YOU JUST SHOW UP AND WE WILL GO FROM THERE. THE CLASSES THAT HAVE THE "REGISTER HERE" BUTTON BESIDE THEM HAVE LIMITED SPACING SO YOU SHOULD REGISTER ONLINE IF POSSIBLE.
