Renee Watkins, Founder and CEO

A native of Nashville, Renee is passionate about people, education, wellness (physical, mental, and financial), and happiness. The iAmReneeWatkins Corporation was built on the vision to provide yoga, birth, and events in outreach locations across Middle Tennessee and Atlanta while teaching/giving/building her children something that will outlast time and money... generational wealth. She's heard many times from many people that she should focus on one thing but creating an environment where underserved communities can:
1. heal themselves through yoga + meditation
2. SAFELY bring forth new life with birth, postpartum, and lactation support
3. and have a space to explore their creative talents
has and will forever be the goal! With the help of virtual classes and the easy travel between Nashville and Atlanta, the future is bright!

With her transparent and outspoken nature, Renee has introduces thousands to yoga, meditation, selfceare, self love/acceptance, body positivity, safe birthing, and honest fun. When she isn't working on the iAmReneeWatkins daughter companies or having car concerts with The Birds (her children), she is more than likely reading a book or sleeping (because what else is SuperWoman supposed to be doing?).
